Every job starts with a free on-site estimate. We tell you what your roof actually needs, whether that is a patch, a section, or a full replacement.
Roof repairs
Leaks, wind-lifted or missing shingles, cracked flashing, failed pipe boots, and storm damage. Most repairs are done in a single visit. If a repair will not hold, we say so before we start.
Gutter installation, repair, and cleaning
New seamless gutters and downspouts, re-hanging sagging runs, sealing leaking seams, and clearing out a season of leaves and grit so water goes where it should.
Commercial roofing
Flat and low-slope roofs for shops, offices, warehouses, and multi-unit buildings. Repairs, re-covers, and full replacements scheduled around your business hours.

- Composition shingle The most common roof in Sacramento-area neighborhoods. Architectural and 3-tab, in a wide range of colors.
- Metal Standing seam and corrugated panels. Long service life, sheds heat, and holds up in wildfire-prone areas.
- Flat and low-slope Single-ply membranes and modified bitumen for garages, additions, and commercial buildings.
